Remove Extra Spaces

Instructions on Use

1. Type or paste your text into the "Enter your text with extra spaces" box.
2. Choose your preferred "Newline Handling" option:
   • Collapse All Newlines: All newline characters will be removed, turning your text into a single continuous line.
   • Collapse Multiple Newlines: Any sequences of two or more newlines will be reduced to a single newline, making your text single-spaced while preserving line breaks. This option also trims leading/trailing spaces from each line.
   • Retain Original Newlines: All original newline characters will be kept as they are. This option only removes leading/trailing spaces from each line and reduces multiple spaces between words.
3. Click the "Clean Spaces" button. The cleaned text will appear in the "Cleaned Text" box. The tool will also always remove any leading or trailing spaces from the entire text and replace multiple spaces between words with a single space.
4. Click on the output text to automatically copy it to your clipboard.
5. To clear all input fields, the output, and reset the newline option, click the "Clear All" button.
