The HTML acronym tag is used for indicating an acronym.

This element is not included in HTML 5 because it has created lots of confusion. Use the <abbr> tag instead.

Example <acronym title="Computerized Axial Tomography">CAT</acronym>

lang	Language code
title	Specifies a title to associate with the element. Many browsers will display this when the cursor hovers over the element (similar to a "tool tip").
