The CSS cue-before property is used in audio devices to play a sound before an element.

Also see the cue-after, cue and play-during properties.

Syntax: cue-before: <value>;
Possible Values:
  • none
  • <URI> (must point to an audio resource)
  • inherit
Initial Value: None
Applies to: All elements
Inherited: No
Media: Aural
Example: 
h1 {cue-before: url("quack.wav"); cue-after: url("woof.wav") }
